This is used to split resource path into segments for composing a URL, not for signing. When splitting resource path into segments for composing a URL we must discern that which is a literal which we do not encode and that which is a label which we do encode.

Parameters

resourcePath
Type: System.String

The resource path, which includes literals and labels.

pathResources
Type: System.Collections.Generic.IDictionary<System.String, System.String>

The dictionary for substituting label values.
